who we are

I’m Genny Cotroneo, a strategist and facilitator with over 20 years of experience helping ideas take flight.

My background is rooted in media and the creative industries, including a long stretch at the BBC, where I worked across TV, digital, events, training, and campaigns, most with a focus on social impact. That’s the kind of work that really drives me.

I’ve lived and worked on three continents and in seven cities, bringing together lived, learned, and professional experience to help people solve problems and make ideas happen.

What I bring to the table:
